Moon Over Madagascar
A marvelous blend of Chinese and Ceylon black teas with Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar. We often infuse this tea into our gelato for a spectacular treat.
Roasted Chestnut
Black tea from China, roasted Hojicha (roasted Japanese green tea), and sliced almonds. This tea has a very enticing aroma.

Iron Goddess of Mercy
Ti Kwan Yin style oolong from Fujian, China. Marvelous blend of sweet and toasty with a flavor reminiscent of roasted pine nuts.
Rhubarb Oolong
Chinese oolong tea blended with rose petals and rhubarb pieces. Tea that steeps up sweet, very smooth, and medium-bodied with a very distinctive fruity-rhubarb tang.
Green Teas
Mango Green
Sencha (steamed green tea) with mango and sunflower petals. Sweet, smooth, and summery. We often steep this tea in a gelato to create a tropical treat.
Moroccan Mint
This blend of gunpowder green tea and spearmint is incredibly aromatic. It steeps up sweet, smooth, and refreshing to complement almost any dessert.

Rooibos, almond pieces, pistachios, orange peel, coriander, and peppercorns. This tea is so wonderful as chai.
