We create small batch baked goods in the European tradition as well as classic American and local favorites. We use locally milled flour from the family-owned Swany White Flour Mill near Freeport, Minnesota. We use eggs gathered from locally raised, organically fed chicken.
We proudly brew artisan coffee from Stumbeano’s in Fergus Falls.
We hope that our pastry shop is a living part of our community. We love hearing and feeling the energy from vital gathering place in addition to being a great place to find delicious pastries. It’s a place where we proudly work together to bake delicious treats and to expand our knowledge of the art of baking and pastry. and to share their art and their craft.
