We create small batch baked goods in the European tradition as well as classic American and local favorites. We strive to provide our customers with an approachable, inviting, innovative dining experience. With our lunch and dinner menu updated bi-weekly, we proudly include locally sourced and organic ingredients in many of our products. We use locally milled flour from the family-owned Swany White Flour Mill near Freeport, Minnesota. We use eggs gathered from locally raised, organically fed chickens. And we proudly brew artisan coffee roasted by Stumbeano’s in Fergus Falls. We believe in supporting our fellow local growers and businesses.
As our society moves towards a more environmentally friendly way of life, recycling has become a priority at our shop. We have eliminated the use of plastic bags and replaced them with paper bags for carry out orders. We want the Earth to be here for a long time to come. It’s a small step towards environmental responsibility that we hope makes a big change.
We hope that our pastry shop is a living part of our community. We love hearing and feeling the energy of being a vital gathering place where our customers can enjoy engaging conversation and delicious food and pastries. We proudly work together to bake decadent treats, to expand our knowledge of the art of baking and pastry items, and to share Fargo’s local arts and crafts.
