Our pie is made with flour, butter, water, salt and a touch of lard for extra flakiness. The filling is a blend of real lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks and butter. Topped with housemade meringue and baked until golden.

Online orders require at least two days advance notice. If you need your order on the same or next day, please contact us directly at 701.232.6430 as we are able to accommodate a limited number of last minute orders.
* All of our baked goods are prepared as freshly as possible. Please note that if you arrive earlier than your scheduled pick-up time your order may not be ready.
* Limited delivery and shipping options are available, please contact the store for more information. Online orders are for pick-up only between the hours of 10am and 6pm on Tuesdays thru Saturdays. Nichole’s is located downtown at 13 South Eighth Street just south of Main Avenue.
